How to make payment?

Bank transfer

1. Please make sure that you've gone through all the details of the deal and terms & conditions. Once you've decided to buy one of our deals, you may go to the specific deal webpage, and click "Bank Transfer" under the "Buy Now / Make Payment" section of the page. You'll be referred to the next few steps to enter the details needed to confirm the payment.

2. Please make payment to the following account. Upon payment, please keep the payment reference and notify us either at travel@tripcanvas.co or via WhatsApp.

3. We will be sending you a receipt next to confirm your payment and will be delivering you the stay voucher either within the next 24 hours, or the earliest according to the deal's terms & conditions.

Credit Card Payment

1. Please make sure that you've gone through all the details of the deal and terms & conditions.

2. There will be credit card charges which would be reflected in the breakdown before you proceed to make payment.

3. Once you've decided to buy one of our deals, you may go to the specific deal webpage, and click "Credit Card" under the "Buy Now / Make Payment" section of the page. You'll be referred to the next few steps to enter the details needed to confirm the payment.

4. Please inform us at travel@tripcanvas.co or via WhatsApp if you did not receive any receipt or a reply from us. We might sometimes be away or dealing with volume of enquiries and did not get back to you soon enough. We would apologize in advance but this rarely happen.
