- RESPECT the neighbor. No loud music after 11pm.
- All furniture and facilities prepared for your convenience. Any damage, stain and/or missing items will be charged accordingly.
- Car park: you can park 2 cars in he house and 2 cars in front of the house. Please be considerate and do not block neighbors' road access. Any extra cars to be park along the road after 2nd guard house.
- Have fun and be safe. The management will not be responsible for your safety.
- Lock all doors at all time and take good care of your belongings. The management will not be responsible for any lost / damage of your belongings.
- Go Green. Keep our Mother Earth protected.
- Keep the property clean all the time for a comfortable stay.
- Place back the item(s) to the original place.
