🔸 LATE CHECK OUT (subject to availability) should be request one day earlier from the host. Otherwise, check out after 11am will be penalized an amount of RM50 per hour. After 1pm is full day rate.
🔸Please be inform that only proper SWIMMING ATTIRE is allowed while in the swimming pool, other athletic shorts, walking shorts, jeans or boxers & cotton shorts and tshirt are not allowed.
🔸 DONT stick objects on the walls is highly prohibited as they might rip off the paint,if be notice will needed to paid penalty MYR200 or deducted from the deposit for any damage to walls.
🔸Unit are strictly not allowed pets, durian, mangosteen, parties, or events.
🔸Our unit are non-smoking area (Bathrooms included) , if be notice will needed to paid penalty MYR500.
🔸Please Switch Off all lights and air conditioners on leaving the unit.
🔸Please dispose of Garbage & Leftover Foods into the waste bins provided as to not attract ants and cockroaches.
🔸 Please lower down the noise and do not move the furniture after 9pm as we are residential. Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM.
🔸 Please feel free clean the kitchen appliances once you use it before leave the unit.
🔸 Please don't pour oil to the sink to avoid bad smell and clockage.
🔸 “Housekeeping” upon request for guests staying 6 days and above. (Usually provide between 11am - 1pm)
🔸 Deposit will not be refunded if there is cigarette smell, durian smell, damage, missing and excessive stains on furniture & linens.
